Late 1650 Diesel Leaking Fuel

I was looking at a decent late 1650 yesterday and it has fuel dripping on the ground when not running. It had not been started since August 1. Looked at receipts for pump and injector work July, 2016 and about 12 hours run since. The fuel is coming from around the injector area on #4 and #5 cylinders. What could be causing this? I did notice the kill knob was pushed in. Would this open a leak path? Said they had never had an issue like this and not much sign of a previous or long term leak on the ground where it is usually parked. It started real easy with very little smoke.

Used to have a 1650 with pencil injectors and those plastic "T's" on top of injectors cracked all the time, carried a couple in the tool box ESP if pulling it hard, guess 80-85 hp caused too much heat.

I have had the "T" leaks on my other tractors but that was while it was running. This tractor is leaking while it is shut off, sitting in the shed. That is what confused me. Thinking I will still buy it and start with a full set of "T"'s and a good wash job. The engine and inside the tub are covered in fuel. At least it will not rust.

Well you know then that those T boots can be purchased as a good pump shop and from a Deere dealer. A 3 will have different prices too.
