1650 oliver wont move

I got a 1650 that will not move unless its in 1st gear and wide open. Didnt know if anyone has ran into this before. Is there a shaft in the rearend? I drained the oil no signs of metal. It did not make any noise it just did this all at once. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Does it have a Hydra Power or Over under unit? If so start it and see if the chain goes around while tractor is in gear.

does sound clutch related except when it is related shifting gears is impossible. You can shut the thing down, shift into a gear, restart and it will try and go in that gear, but switching gears while running is impossible.

Sounds more serious than a clutch unless it's not engaging in which case the clutch is good and the linkage bad.

Someone posted here the procedure for adjusting the clutch, I read it once. Try nd find it.

pulling apart a wd45 AC tomorrow with the same problem. Gotta put a foot new clutch in her.
