So there is a sale today near Charles City Ia, at Floyd and on it shows a 1355 Oliver, isn't this a 2270?

A 2270 is a Red version for Canada. You need to include the letter G in the model otherwise you are talking a Fiat. A friend of mine also has a green G-1355.
