I have a RC 60 and the mechanical lift won't lock in the up position. Works fine with no load or minimal load. Heavier load and "slips" at the top and ratchets so to speak. Bump pedal and it travels a little further and will then lock. Took top off and ground 1/16" off top trip lever and seemed to work fine. Put top back on and left shop and doesn't work now. Back to how it was before. I did not dig the bottom lever out to grind. Assuming it also must be ground the same amount? Can it be removed without taking whole unit off? Would a stronger spring help? just seems like the unit needs to travel just a little further before it releases and would lock fine. Any pointers would be appreciated.
