I checked the flow through the couplers and the right side worked fine, but the left side only had pressure on one hose. As sitting in the seat/dual hydraulics. Took the valve housing off thinking I'd find a bad oring but nothing, first 4 digit I've worked on. I didn't remove the thermal valves yet, but did remove spools and plugs that are in line together. Tractor didn't labor at all on the dead hose. Then I removed all the oil I could and stood on the three point arms to see any leakage from the piston or servo. Servo seemed to have oil around it even after a good blowing with air and brake clean. So removed the servo to find the mating orings to be just fine. Might try air tomorrow to the piston to see if any leaks by, then disassemble servo to see if I can see anything. thanks chris

If it is I don't know how to check since it doesn't have the bolt to back out like the right side.

It has to have the bolt. There may be a new style nut on the adjusting screw. I also sent you an e-mail, did you receive it.

was there fluid at the one not working, or was it dry? Might just be a blockage. I'd try and introduce fluid backwards down that line. Maybe hook up one line from the other side to it and go gentle. Who knows what crap has gotten into these old machines.

I've seen a few barns where these machines were housed, can of this, can of that, spouts and funnels laying round, dirt floors. Many had kids who were brought up round them who didn't have the care with them they should. Add into that hard times when money was scarce and the farm had to make money to survive, lot of things had to be used to get it done,

I saw where mine originated and where the guy who I bought it from had it. It's a real credit to the manufacture they run at all. Not only did they produce tractors that did amazing amounts of work, but did it while being abused and neglected. No disrespect intended.

Just saying, crap in them is always what I suspect first. Tearing into things the last thing. Learned that tearing into things. :)

Hope you find the problem, look forward to hearing what it is.
