Super77 hydraulic levers

Trying to replace one of my hydraulic levers. Is the knob suppose to unscrew? By the way this is my first post but I have read quite a few and have started an Oliver collection.

Yes it will unscrew.

They are also different right to left. I managed to break both on my 770 (man that unit is WAY heavier than I thought) got mine from Maibach.

FYI for you, the handles on the Supers were replaced by the 770 /880 handles which are longer, have a bend in them and are made of steel. So find a handle off of a Super and as IanC mentioned there are right and left handed handles.

Ahhh shucks!!! Looks like I have 2 rights. I was so happy when I found it in the wrecking yard. Oh well thanks for the info. I learned alot.
