1600 vs. 1650/1655 Question

Is there a difference between 1600 and 1650/1655 that would affect fuel filler location? I was looking a 1600 that has a Hiniker brand cab and the fuel filler was inside the cab. While a similar Hiniker cab
(and same cab mounts) on a 1655 the fuel filler is outside of the cab. Also the last part of the "1600" on name plate on the side is covered up on the 1600 while on 1655 the complete number "1655" is visible.

They changed the location and hood design. The earlier tractor had the filler closer to the operator when cabs came out they moved them. 1550 the same way. It probably is a lot easier to fill out side plus fumes would also be out. Probably a lot safer for the guys that smoked
