2-70 injection pump

My tractor seems to strain after it warms up. Last year I read about the return fuel line plugging up. I followed the advise given to another post. I pulled the glass ball in the check valve. This seems to have been a short term fix. Upon more recent reading I believe the flex ring is on it's way out. My question is, who is a good contact for rebuilding ??, and a phone number would be nice. The local dealer wants $800 to 1,000+ and about two plus weeks to do the service. I have watched the youtube videos, and it seems like a preety easy job. It's hay season, and I need this done right the first time. Also in my current reading, it was mentioned that an additive should be put into the fuel to lube these old injection pumps. Any input ??
Thanks, WaynO.

I will tackle almost anything mechanical, but I don't work on my own pumps. Around here the dealers don't do them, they send them to the pump shops.

Next time you need one serviced contact me, I may be able to help. Been repairing pumps forty years. I like the older pumps without the electronic emission controls. Not ready to quit yet..
