I am going to look at a 1755 dsl. with clutch and possible engine problems. It would be used for spraying, disk mower, haybine ect. I have had a 1955 and 1650 so I am aware of the merits and demerits of a Waukesha as well as the updates needed to make them reliable. I have the ability to rebuild the engine myself. I also have an 1850 dsl. tub so a Perkins is another option. I would not be afraid of the 310 done properly but the 354 is just about bullet proof and would make it equal to a 2-85 and is a better looking tractor. Just wondering which way would make more sense.
