Went to an auction today 66 w/mechanical lift all the sheet metal in very straight condition even had the little emblem on the front of the grill, decent tires/rims,set of rear weights,
hadn't been run in about 2 years as the owner had been in poor health bought $600
Oliver 'rooster comb' trailer 2 bottom plow in good condition $25
Oliver pull type disk harrow about 6 1/2 ft wide in good working condition all the bearings seemed good $50

I thought so too bought the 66 and plow home yesterday going back after the disk tomorrow.I'm going to try to find out more about the tractor his neighbor said he
thought the fellow had bought the tractor and equipment new at the same time from a local Oliver dealer.

No, the complete unit will not fit. A 77 and an 88 will take the same unit. The 66 has a smaller transmission opening to mount the unit on. In fact the original 66 remote cylinders were also 1/2 inch smaller in diameter.

Near Waynesboro VA.It helped (me) that there was an antique tractor pull in the area Saturday and no other farm equipment at the sale.Did buy a bunch of Craftsman wrenches too
paid mostly $1 and $2 for large hand fulls. Bought a set of Oliver 77 rear hubs out of an old building for $10.

You got a deal on the wrench's, well everything, I collect Barcleo Buffalo wrench's go to flea markets etc usually got to pay between 1 or 2 bucks a wrench!

I have a double hand full of the Barcalo-Buffalo wrenches, some are just Barcalo, if you are interested email me.
