Mr. Schweibert - did you get a chance to see if a 1650 rocker arm shaft will work on a 1755?
I got the sleeves out of it - found one with bad o-rings and badly cavitated, and another one with with a broken ring. I think maybe I should just put a sleeve kit in it. The main and rod bearings are showing some wear - not sure if it was from the coolant in the oil. I'll replace them too
Thanks
Pete

Pete, I just posted on another Oliver site about the rocker arm assembly. No answer yet but by morning should know. ALL else fails bring yours over to compare. Greg

I did not get home in time yesterday, but it should fit. Also while you are at it get seats put in the head too. Send me a phone number too. I will be on a job for the church today and will not be back till this evening. J.

Thanks Mr. Schweibert - my phone # is 607-425-3593, although the service isn't great when I'm at home
Thanks Greg - I think I'm heading to the farm tomorrow - if you're around, maybe I could sneak over the hill and take a look at it
