My 1956 Cockshutt 40 Deluxe is finally 100 % done....It was basically done a year ago but I decided to repaint the hood before the decals were installed..I didn't get the repaint done until recently....I had a lady that does graphics install the decals today because I'm no good at it..It has a nice running $500 Buda 262 in it from a Gleaner F combine..The wheatland fenders were poor so it now has some fenders from a 30..
Pic 1-Sitting in the junk yard where I bought it in 2013..The 230 Buda was full of water and had 2 spun rod bearings so was junk..
Pic 2-In the yard this afternoon...This is not a professional paint job but it looks decent from 20 ft...O'Reilly's mixed the cream paint and the red is New Holland red..
I personally that think the Deluxe series Cockshutts are a very nice looking tractor..There are practically none in my area..
