Planting corn today, stepped on the left brake, had pedal but the front wheels started to slide,no actual brakes. Went to the house, set the hand brake, oil ran out the weep hole in the bottom of the housing. Released it,the oil stopped running. What do I need to fix it? Just numbers 8 and 9?

I am no expert as I am dealing with brake issues myself. But a few things I have learned by reading and listening to others who have more experience are:

When the O-Rings get worn or as in my case break the leak will be continuous. Even when the tractor is not running.
However it was pointed out that if the brake disks get worn thin it can allow the piston to move out past the O-Ring and let hydraulic fluid leak out of the opening in the bottom of the break housing when the brakes are applied.
Perhaps this is the case you have and when you release the brake the springs would push the piston back enough that it would seal on the O-Ring again.
Mine still appear to have considerable groves left in the brake disks and I don't think the piston was moving beyond the O-Rings.
Just a thought but I would check the thickness of the brake disks before just replacing the O-Rings. I don't know what the minimum thickness for each of the two disks in each side would be but perhaps someone else could supply that info.
