Power Steering on a 770

A charlyn unit or a late model 770 hydro piston in the front plus generator pump and hand pump on steering shaft, plus lines.

Check Ebay and salvage yards and get a Char-Lynn unit with brackets for an Oliver. The 770 will take the same mounting brackets as the Supers and Fleetline Olivers. If you get a used Char-Lynn, be sure and flush the steering motor and pump out out and clean the fluid reservoir. Eaton still has O-rings available for the steering motor if the used unit leaks and a power steering pump from an early 60's Chevy can be used if the old pump is bad. The key is to get the mounting brackets- They are special to the tractor.
Good units on Ebay have brought as much as $800. Brian Lagesse has sold several in that price range. They are in demand. Salvage yards may be cheaper.
New steering motors are available too for about $700. They are still made by Eaton. But mounting brackets are now longer available new.
All that being said, it is an easy installation and you will be able to steer with one finger.
Good luck.

Just on a wild hare hunch, check with Taylor's up by Sears. I think that's 2 Mile Road, back west off M66,north of Barryton. Right there where that big tire fire was a few years ago. Not saying for a minute they have the parts, but they just might have all you need.
