Sorry it took so long but here's the picture of the governor on 88 diesel the problem I'm having is the shaft that my finger is on slides in and out about a 1/4 of and inch and moves real stuff so I can have the shutoff hooked up the next 2 pictures show how far it moved and the last picture is of the whole thing what could cause this and if I take this governor off will I have to time anything on the pump?
