Pretty sure this pin was supposed to be through this link. Instead
whoever worked on the pto before me didn't put it back together. It
was attached to the yoke but not the clutch pack. It was just flopping
around in there for years until I came along and decided to lock the
pto down so I couldn't start the tractor!
