Are there any tricks when installing the pto back onto the tractor. If the pto drive shaft could be removed it would make rhis job much easier. Thanks

Do you mean the long drive shaft? I hope so! That is the first thing you remove and the last thing you install!

If I remember correctly you need to remove the pto driveshaft in the middle. Then you unbolt the bearing holder for the pto shaft and slide the assembly out into the middle. The machine will have to be articulated to get it out all the way.
