Tried to turn pto shaft with pipe wrench but nothing doing. I have the hydraulic unit on hoist above the tractor 2 inches I can see the hydraulic drive gear is not engaged with the pto gear but I still cannot get pto shaft to turn freely it will move about an 1/8 of a turn and lock down. The engine will not turn over and tractor is not in gear. I can roll it by pushing rear tire.What am I missing?
