Looking for value

As you can see from the photos this is a 1937/38 Oliver 70 Row Crop, it belong to some friends of mine and I need a possible value.

I think you'd probably have to advertise it for a long time to get $750 for it. $600 is probably more like it. The one in the picture has been on CL longer than I can remember. I think they've even raised the price somewhere along the way. Kind of a psychological thing or something.

What size are the tires? If they are 40 inch the value in the tractor is the tires. Check the serial number. It may be a little newer that 38.
 
Looks a lot like my 39. I was eyeballing those tires too,but they look like they're both flat and from all the rust on the tire in the first picture,I don't think I'd want to stand very close while they were being pumped up. The beads might be pretty rotten.
 

I'd agree with the other guys this one has been on for awhile and it even has a picker with it.

My 39 had the original 40s on it when I bought it. I bought some liners from Gemplers and put them inside them to try to save them. One split at the bead and blew a fender off of it. Glad I wasn't in between the fender and seat when it blew. It even dented the seat.
