I have a Red Stripe 2-105 that has and is giving me fits with the trans. pressure light coming on. When working it in the summer it would come on if engine RPM would drop below 1800. Took it to dealer and they checked the pump and replaced some seals in the transmission and it was OK after that. Now, about 3 years later, it's doing it again. Could it be do to thinning of the oil due to a leak from the over/under shift into the transmission? According to my owners manual the recommended oil for the transmission is Universal trans/hydraulic. It has 80/90 trans oil in it now as was recommended in the Oliver's before this. The mechanic said that is what I should use as "they don't like the thinner oil". Has any one had this problem and what did you do to cure it? Thanks for any ideas.
