1947 CO-OP Tractor for sale in my area

Today I was looking at some stuff this guy is selling. and in the shed is this beautiful 1947 CO-OP utility tractor. I don't need to be spending the money he is asking, so here's the ad and if anyone is interested. I can do a detailed inspection if someone is interested.
The tractor is nice....probably in better shape than when new. Paint and overall finish is gorgeous. Tires look new. Says it's all rebuilt, however we didn't fire it up. Pictures really don't do it justice.

Owner wants to sell it.
So what's it really worth?
Anybody?
Owner used to run a paint and body shop. The sheetmetal on this tractor is show quality. owner says everything rebuilt.
