Oliver 550 Power Steering Ends

I have been looking online for the female ended tie rod for the power steering cylinders on a 550, the Oliver part number is 106343AS. I have not found anything, but I did find a Ford end that looks close, I am trying to get dimensions to decide if it will work.

Are the OEM parts available and how much?

Is there an alternate that will work?

I gave in and bought the oem rod ends probably about 10 years ago.. at the time they were $120 each! I can't imagine what they'd cost now...
