From the Hart-Parr/Oliver/WFE/M-M/Cockshutt color slide archives at the Floyd County Museum in Charles City, IA. Couldn't resist adding this slide from a Growing 'O' Show. Showing the famous purple Oliver.

I've been enjoying all these slides. It looks (although hard to tell on a confuser screen) that some are Kodachrome, and some are Ektachrome(sp?). Depending on what software you are using you should be able to correct the colors. I'm slowly scanning our old slides with a Nikon Coolscan and the software that came with it allows you to correct colors on slides whose dyes have started to fade/discolor.

Wouldn't that be a cool find to discover the 1850 with the purple paint underneath? Really enjoying all the pictures
you're posting by the way,J wondergem.
