Cletrac model W seal

I finally got the left rear sprocket off my 1933 Cletrac model W to change the seal. I was surprised to find a split tapered felt seal. Can anyone please tell me if there is a source for these or if there is a new seal that will fit. This one was worn and leaking. Thanks for your help.

Are you talking about the sprocket center shaft seal or the upper drive shaft/pinion seal? Are you leaking grease or oil?
I've never seen the tapered or cone type seal on the W--doesn't mean they did'nt exist but as far as I know they are all flat felt "washers" and easily made. Use F1 grade and a Exacto knife OR, spend a bit more and have them water jet cut out of Buna-N/Nitril rubber. Those will last forever. The felt tends to wick oil.....

PM me and send me pics of the seal your'e referring to.
