Not yet, I tried the number you gave me and left a message. Just waiting for a call back. I'm going to pull my old one apart to see what might be going on with it .

I took the old pump apart and cleaned everything up . Put it back together and had a friend come over and we pull started it . I needed to give it a fair amount Of ether though. Once it's warmed up it actually runs really good with little smoke . But I'm still having trouble getting it started Without ether.
