White 4-175

Would it be possible to replace the engine in a 4-175 white with a 3208T and end up with a 4-225? Are drive line component the same? There are a lot of 3208T around that have been salvaged from NH combines. What kink of mods would be necessary to the fuel pump to make it work in the tractor.

The 4-175 has the small drive train it just barely holds up to 175 hp. 4-210 has the larger drive train.

No I wouldn't do that because they used a much lighter duty final drives. I believe the same size as a 1850. You could probably go to a NA 3208 because that would be 105 hp for each rear end. Same as a 1850 with M&W pistons

Looks like you have to start with a 210 in order to add the turbo motor. Would like a 225 but they are rare.

A 4-225 would be nice but now most turbo motors are set at 250 engine so it might be easyer to find a 4-210 with a 250 turbo motor
