ok back to the 105 sorry it has been a long summer and fall. Further exam I found a piece of the clutch missing one of the formed pieces around the springs. Since I found that figured it was clutch after all. Since this turned into a long term project I decided to put a seal kit in the three speed. Took it apart clutches sprag and all looked good disassembly and re assembly went well until time to air check. No direct after full disassembly found small o-ring out of place on sun gear support. Assembled again air check leaking on direct. disassembled again air checked all parts separately. All is well still some air leak on direct. used agco kit with all new orings and seal rings. is some leak normal on direct? this is the only thing standing between tractor running again. Well that and getting the fuel tank back in. Must have been designed by someone evil. Thanks craig
