2655 or 2455 not sure?

I'm looking at this tractor for sale, the owner says it a 1971 2655, but to it looks like 2455 with a cab. Any opinions? And what would a fair price in good running and driving condition?
Thanks

That tractor is already sold. Ive been in touch with the owner over the last week because there was another guy that had beat me to the first call by an hour but he was him hawing around about taking it. Finally decided to take it on friday. It looks like its got the 585 Moine in it with the external oil pump so wouldnt that make it a 2655? I thought the 2455 used the 504 Moline.

Tractor data has serial numbers for the 2455 and 2655 if they are correct. You can look back if you Google 2455 and see previous responses. Looks like it opens up a can of worms with some thinking you have found a unicorn! Greg

In the real world there were no 2455 Oliver tractors. The A4T 1400 models were red and white. It is a 585 engine in there with the late style oil filters.

If I'm not mistaken at least with the moline the a4t 1400and 2455's were recalled and turned into 2655 but not all of them made it. I read that but it may not be accurate. I guess im thinking it may be a converted one because part of the recall was replacing the 504 with a 585.
