I am more aware of Case now that I have a VAO among the 9 Cockshutt tractors. A few years back, I owned an Cockshutt 263 10 ft wheel disk. It was a good disc, but I sold it when I quit growing sweet corn. I noticed a couple of disks for sale recently and I at first thought they were Cockshutt, but they were Case. Upper frame and angle iron frame is almost identical. The wheel mounts on the Cockshutt pick up both sides of the wheel while the Case has a cantilevered axle. The hitch is different. I wonder if they were made by the same Company. After 1962 the Cockshutt disks became Oliver with Cockshutt decals. This is before 62.
