55 series hydraulic reservoir

I am replacing the pump on a 55 series and want to physically clean out the reservoir so it can start fresh. Is it accessable (or enough to clean it out) by removing the cover under the seat? This ones got the HD 3pt lift with external cylinders.

You can see a little more but with the servo valve and three point cylinder under that cover you can't see a whole lot. You can put a rag on a mechanical finger flex tool and reach into the front some and slop out some oil. Without removing the whole hydraulic housing you will not be able to reach the whole pan to clean it out. The way the pan is built when you drain the system there will still be some oil in it .
