My 445 long[similar to oliver 1255/65] is building pressure in the area right under the seat.The o-rings on the rockshaft were leaking badly.Well I changed those now hydraulic oil is coming out from the inspection cover.Also my 3 pt is no longer working, but that may just be something I overlooked when it was put back together.Is there a relief valve or something I can check?

You are probably sucking some air in (aerating the Hydraulic oil.) Most likely caused by a restricted suction strainer or bad shaft seal on the hydraulic pump. This will cause aerating and will also cause the pump to lose its prime. The aerating will build air pressure in the reservoir and you will have leaks all over.

It has 2 pressure relief valves, one for the auxiliary hydraulics if you have that, and the other on the hydraulic head for the 3pt. Both are between your feet as you sit on the tractor. If your 3pt won't lift, and you just had the auxiliary hydraulic head apart, then you didn't get your copper sealing washers put back correctly. First pic has a hydraulic unit and the relief valves are facing you in the pic. Second pic shows you where to put the copper sealing washers.
Looks like it's probably the hydraulic pump going out;pulled the filter screen and it was pretty well clogged with gunk and fillings.This model shares oil from the same reservoir,is it filtered before getting to my power steering pump?mitch pointdexter I didn't take the hydraulic head off but will take off the pressure relief valves off and clean them.
