Before I elaborate, what I need most, is to find, where I seen, the new gear rotor for a S55 steering column, That was this early spring, and I was shocked at the price, and therefore dismissed it in my mind. I looked on YT and didn't find any steering parts for a S55. I looked in my AllStates catalog, and also Draper tractor parts, and came up empty. Any one know who would have this, either rebuilt, or new? I don't want another junk yard unit, the one I reciently got was froze up inside, and feels rough after freeing it up with ATF, and a set of vise grips. I definitely remember sitting here at my computer, and looking at the picture of a gear rotor set, and being shocked at the price.

Not sure what you are asking for? But I am pretty sure Ford tractor parts are the same except for the steering wheel splines. You might look into that. Are you looking for the sector gears? Try Kent at [email protected].
In reply, as to what I am needing, I was talking about the section of a Super 55 power steering column, just below the in and out ports, of the main supply. This is called a gerotor in my IT 201 manual. It is rusted and rough feeling, on this used replacement column. The ford units I have looked at in the catalogs are Charlinn units, and don't mount down on my gear box.
