Just got to thinking. Going from memory here. Lincoln made their own rear engine plate and flywheel for those welders. You probably have to change them over from the old engine. There's also a stainless steel flex plate between the flywheel and the generator shaft. The shaft-to-flex plate alignment was checked with a dial indicator at assembly.

Thanks Mike for letting me know, I haven't taking the engine block out of the welded yet, so I should have everything to change out, that is if I get the 140, I've located one but haven't made the deal yet. Thanks
