1950 Oliver Steering Column

I have a 1950 Series Oliver GM Diesel the steering column is stuck as in the steering wheel will not turn. The tractor has been sitting a long time out in the weather does anybody have any tips on how to get it unstuck without completely disassembling the whole steering column. I have removed the steering wheel and I have been spaying PB Blaster around the column shaft for two weeks. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

I have never saw a oliver steering, such as you have. That being said, I would remove the fill plug on the gear box, make sure there was oil in the gear box, then disconnect the pitman arm, from the steering arm, and see if it will turn the wheel! Pb Blaster is ok, but a mixture of ATF, and acetone will work better. That's my 2 cents worth.
