770 Oliver wide front---WANT NARROW

Have this wide front on a 770 no welds seems to be good. Want a good narrow front. What tractors with narrow fronts will work on the 770. Is it a simple deal to replace wide with narrow??? Any info. is appreciated.

I have a 77 and an 88 narrow front I'd sell both are regular 'armstrong' steering

I am not real sure, but you might want to check the length of the pedestal on a 77 vs the 770. I think the 770 is two inches longer. Been wrong before.

Gary is right the 770-880 narrow front is 2" plus taller than a 77-88 narrow front, however the wide fronts are the same height.

IT doesn't have power steering and I am in Michigan..................

I'm in central MI, dad has a 770 D with a NF, I thought he said something about putting/getting a WF for it. He has a WF for his 77, but that's just it, it goes to his 77, which has a NF on it now. I can ask him if he would want to trade the NF on his 770 for a WF though if you'd like?

Hello Ross ask you dad about a trade. Talked to a fella in Minnesota this morning. He has narrow fronts for 300.00 and says he gets 500.00 for wide fronts. I am not interested in making any money just want to make a clean straight up trade. I am at Clare.............I also sent you a note from info. on this site..
