hydraulic line

Just for kicks, anybody know offhand what the hydraulic line that goes from the pump up to the steel line behind the seat goes for from AGCO? The one on our 1855 is leaking, planning to get after it this week before chopping (because you know that's when it'd blow) and going to the local hydraulic shop.

They're still not cheap, but pretty good at coming up with options if needed. If the line isn't too far off, I may just get one from AGCO.

One memorial day weekend the high pressure line from the pump to the hydraulic to the hydraulic system on my boys 4020 started to leak. Local Deere did not have one so I drove to work to braze it. It is still on the tractor and my last year with Dana was 2002 so it has held for 13 years.

The rubber hose is what's leaking so it's gotta be replaced. Dealer had the hose and it was around 120 so I just picked it up. To have the hydraulic shop make one would probably run really close to that any way.

Now with the platform off I see the suction hose going to the filter is really soft and collapses readily by hand. Makes me think that might be somefof the hydraulic troubles we've been having lately when the pump sounds like it's cavitating when I try to use the remotes.

Now I'm wondering if that house is just regular hydraulic suction hose, our if it's gotta be something special because of how sharp it bends.

Give me a shout if you need help finding the right material.

Shop I like to work with sells Aeroquip and Eaton hose. They had some 1 1/4 suction line, tomorrow I'll see if I can get it to make the sharp bend.
