I'm looking at a 1800 oliver (1962) that has a couple of issues. above 2 of the spark plugs there is coolant that bubbles out while the tractor is running. I pulled 1 plug and it is dry. Did not check the other. It leaks RED ARROW at the top of the recessed part of the head where the sparkplugs are located. See pic. It looks like there is a gasket WHITE ARROW there running the length of the head that can be replaced but the expanded view of the head only shows one piece with no gasket. Has anyone seen this and if so does it look like I will need to rebuild/replace the head or is it just a gasket? Thanks

All the 1800 gas engines had 2 piece cylinder heads. There is a gasket there. Most likely it is what is leaking. The 1800 A series use a different gasket than the B series so need a tractor serial number and need to know if the engine's oil filter is ahead or behind the distributor. J.
