Oliver 1600 3 point arms won't lower ?

Have you tried moving the lever ahead real slow? If so,you might have to put some weight on it if it's been up for a while. Last winter,I couldn't get the arms down on my 1365. I had to sit the loader of another tractor on the arms and push the lever.

Did it just start doing this? If so the problem is in the servo valve. Post an e-mail or a phone number I can talk you through it to make it a little easier. J.
