I have a 56 40 deluxe gas tractor that I am considering selling it is complete but needs finished like paint and brakes it has standard wide front and good belt pulley what is fair asking price located in southern in thanks for your input

If it runs good I'd estimate depending on paint, number verification, probably $2000 -
$2500. deluxes are hard to come by and like I said if its a true deluxe its very
collectable. I may be on the high side but its not totally unreasonable.

If the tires and rims are good it adds to the value.Tires are getting expensive to replace.

I would consider 3200 with new take off rear tires to go with it

To much 40 deluxe is not going to bring as much as a 20 or 50 just because of production numbers then to boot the standard wide front is the least valuable and least collectable which doesn't bother me but would turn some people away. Tires rust 3 point everything will very the price of a tractor and location also you are in a heavy populated cockshutt area I would say 1500-2500 with out seeing the tractor.

closed brakes no three point if someone is interested I also have a e3 diesel that I will sell giving that person first chance I do know these are very rare but do not know what to ask
