1655 Front End

1655 had bad tie rods and front tires
were wobbling badly at road
speed.Replaced tie rods and set toe in
at inch and a half. Now front end is
good and tight with no wobble but now
tractor is weaving and difficult to
maintain a straight line on payment.Did
I get the toe in wrong?

You may have some play in the steering arm/shaft. I replaced both in my 1650 a couple years ago, made a huge difference.

That's a lot of toe in. I think our 1855 is set at around 3/8 toe out. Can't remember exactly but I think it's what I got out of the I&T manual.

Thanks Mike. I looked at my manual again and I thought for sure it said 1 and 3/16. Looks like I've got some adjusting to do!
Thank you.
