Differential-ring gear rivets?

I am working in a super 88. I am going through the rear adjusting end play and backlash and noticed that the ring gear which is riveted to the differential is loose. No rivets are broken, just loose. Can I tighten them up? Or remove them and bolt it? How would I tighten them, I assume heat them up and peen them? Can I do this in the tractor, or do I need to remove the unit? Is this a sign the tractor did heavy drawbar work? It is a very nice original tractor, but from this and the wear on the drawbar it was probably used a lot at one time.

Very common take it out drill out all the rivets and install bolts, you can maybe still get them from agco or like I do just get them from a bolt store. Maybe somebody has the torque spec handy I can't remember off the top of my head

When I started with Oliver in 1960 on the Power Booster deal we had to check all the tractors and if they were loose install bolts. A former dealer friend of mine had some of those bolts in stock not to long ago. I used to and maybe still do have a bulletin with the part numbers How can I contact you?
