Fuel in crankcase?

I have a 1650 Diesel, it seems to be getting fuel into the crankcase somehow. I have replaced the input shaft seals on the injector pump, and replaced the fuel pump. Just ran it 35 miles last week and it seems to still rise on the dipstick about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch. Is there some where else that fuel can get in? It runs very good. Could the injectors need checked for releasing before proper pressure ? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks, I just may have to take it off again and make a trip to Des Moines Diesel. I maybe didn't look at the bushing as close as I should have. Just thought seals would take care of it. Back to the tedious job of turning the motor over till the line on the pump shows up. Thanks again.
