Oilver Hart Parr 70

Hi, I was wondering if anyone might know of the value for an Oliver Hart Parr 70. It is on full steel with an older paint job. The Sheet metal is in very good condition, and the engine side curtains are on it. The owner said it ran when he parked it inside a few years ago, but he couldn't get it started while I was there, so it would probably be considered non running.

In a nutshell it is worth what you are willing to pay. With that said they can be a little costly to work on due to scarcity of parts and how far you want to go with restoration. From what you describe I would say a fare value would be $1500 to $2200 depending on him getting it running or not.
