Oliver? Potato Planter

I dug my grandfathers potato planter out of the back corner of the barn. I've been looking for information so I might better tell which loose parts belong with it. It has much in common with photos and drawings I found of the Evans Potato Planter made by American Seeding Machine Company. The picker arms and the vibrating bottom seed hopper are identical. It has two sets of picker arms instead of one and the fertilized hopper mounts on the front rather than running through the seed hopper. I haven't found anything on American Seeding planters of the late 1920's but the green paint color makes me think it was made after the 1929 Oliver merger.

Not all the implements made in Springfield were painted green after the merger. Now I have seen Iron Age planters that color. Iron age became part of Oliver later on.
