I'm in the process of finishing my 1946 Oliver 70 restoration. I have a few questions pertaining to what all was painted on the engine. I've searched but can't seem to come up with anything. Was everything except the generator, starter and distributor cap on the engine when painted. Such as wires, oil lines, manifolds. Also any tips or references would be great. Thanks guys

On my '44 Orchard 70 , there are traces of green on the generator and plenty on the starter . But the Am. Bosch mag is spotless ! Oil lines and Manifold are painted .
Say, on yours , do you have have 6"or 7" headlites ? I'd like to use these 7's I've got , but they look too big and out of proportion ...
