A few days ago "oliverkid" posted pictures of his weeder and 60. Heres one of my weeder and old style 88.

The whole rig's pretty sharp. Keep that thing just the way it is.
I remember, for some reason,Dad had some weeder tines on the back of the center gang of the cultivator on the 66. I don't know if it was to level the ground so the tires weren't trying to follow the old shovel grooves next time over or what.

Thanks for posting that photo. What a beautiful tractor and weeder combo. That rig was used before the days of sterilizing the soils with roundup.

(quoted from post at 00:33:11 06/21/15) Now I have tractor envy. That ol girl is CLEAN!!!

I was kinda thinking the same about your 60 ! Looks like real nice one. I like the 60's - handy and nimble - easy to steer. Just wish they had live PTO. LOL.

Nope, on the main section beneath the tractor there are angle irons on either end that face outward. Then on the wings there are bent pieces of flat stock that when the wings are folded up sit down on the angle iron on the main frame. Gravity does the rest.
