PPG paint code for Clover white

I purchased a new set of rims for my 2150 that are powder coated for Oliver heather green.
They do not match The ppg acrylic enamel. I am just going to repaint them to the ppg
heather green. I am not impressed with powder coat paint. Larry

What don't you like about powder coat?
The color or the job. I've seen some super nice powder coat jobs.
In my search even if you have a paint code from PPG it does nothing to match to powder.
Funny I can take a paint chip to lowes and they can match it.
But for an industrial coating they play extremely stupid and there seems to be no commonality between one color and another.
Not only from different companies but from one division to another under the same name. Extremely frustrating
I really want to get them coated rather than painting.
From here I guess I may just resort to getting them painted.
