Fleetline PTO delete cover

A friend is restoring a 66 and has removed the PTO, intending to leave it removed. He is looking for the little tri-angular cover that caps the hole on the back of the rear casting. He said he would make one but thinks he should have a factory one with a part # for authenticity. I bought one of those from a dealer in the 70s and I don't recall it having a # on it. Along the same line, did the old combines that used the Fleetline rear ends and transmissions have that part or did some shaft come through that hole? Thanks, gm

the part you are looking for (1K-634) has the # stamp on the plate and it also says inside so when it is on the tractor you wouldnt be able to read the #s

I'm pretty sure the transmission was driven through that hole-been over 25 years since I worked on one.
