1750 hydrapower

I have a 1750 diesel that I recently had apart for a new clutch. While I had the engine out I replaced a seal and Orings in the back of the 3 speed hydrapower because it had been leaking badly. I was pumping the hydrapower dry within about 5 minutes of starting the tractor. It pushes the oil out onto the chain coupler which f;ings it all over. Anyways, I got this thing back together after replacing the rear seal and oring and its leaking just as before. Im getting ready to replace the seal again but I wanted to ask if there is any other reason that I would get a leak like this or if I just installed the seal wrong. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance

If its leaking where the overdrive housing bolts to the main case- the retainer ref #105 part# 165145a is probably installed wrong. One side has a slight chamfer can't remember which way it goes but it will leak if installed wrong
