1855 hydrolics not working

Rebuilding an 1855 Oliver that had a bad hydrolick pump. Changed the pump and still Do Not have any hydrolick (steering, brakes, or hydrolick lift). Can anyone tell me what and where to check. How do I bleed the hydrolick system fluid. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you check if the pump drive gear in the tranny was not the culprit of a non working pump before you put the new pump on?
If the PTO drive shaft lost the splines in the flywheel it won't be able to drive the pump either
There is a bleed valve on top of the filter, open it til air free fluid comes out with tractor not running.
